HVAC Design for High Performance Building (PDS601)

This 6-week course designed for sales people and engineers with less than 5 years experience incorporates all the elements of our popular system design classes with some exciting enhancements. Participants will learn about the HVAC industry, the high performance design process, HVAC systems and application and designing for sustainability and performance. The program covers constant volume and zoned systems both DX and chilled water. Each week consists of lectures, interactive workshops, and lots of hands on practical exercises. As an added bonus this course includes the training to take the LEED Green Associate exam and training on using the HAP program for LEED analysis. The class is confirmed for August 4 through September 9.

This course covers the use of the i-Vu open controls system when used with Variable Volume Variable Temperature (VVT) systems.
